Honey is very much content and useful to man. Ingredients contained in honey are: sugar (glucose and fructose), a variety of minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium chlorine, sulfur, iron and phosphorus) and vitamins (B1, D2, B3, B5, B6 and C). Honey also contains small amounts of several kinds of hormones, copper, iodine and zinc, in other words almost all the necessary human body.

Honey protect the body from narrowing of capillary complaint (capilerllary) and arteriosclerosis (blood vessels to the heart) and also kills bacteria. When taken with cool water, honey blend into the bloodstream in just seven minutes, with an element of healing so fast and good for the body. Honey is also very effective with antiseptic quality content.

Almost everyone knows he health benefits of honey. Pure honey is safe even for people with diabetes mellitus. High content of fructose in honey helps stimulate the natural production of insulin for diabetes. During this diabetes or diabetes tend to limit the consumption of sugar. No wonder, emerging artificial diets sugar bid to keep blood sugar levels under control. Not many people look at honey for sugar used as replacement options.
